Our compassionate approach revolves around learning about you, your belongings and your unique challenges. We patiently listen to your needs and concerns, then and apply our expert knowledge to developing and discussing a solution for you. We will help you clarify and achieve your organizing goals and restore order, comfort and peace in your life. The process includes:

This is our introduction. I learn about your situation and assess how I may be of service and you can get answers to your initial questions.

2. THE GOLDEN TOUCH EVALUATION
At this first home or virtual visit, we evaluate your situation by digging into your issues, needs and goals. This information will guide us in developing a clear plan to reach your organizing goals and intentions.
3. PACKAGE RECOMMENDATION & SELECTION
After the evaluation, we discuss the package options and decide which best suits your needs.
4. HANDS-ON SESSIONS
We will come to your home (physically or virtually) and help you declutter, evaluate items, organize and create new systems tailored to you. You will be compassionately coached along the way and will be given product recommendations as well as special tips and tricks to help you stay organized beyond our sessions together.
5. UNWANTED ITEM REMOVAL RECOMMENDATIONS
We know it can be hard to let go of your stuff. So it is our mission to help your unwanted objects find new homes in the world. As much as possible, we recommend reselling or donating items to charity.
6. FOLLOW UP
We always follow up to answer any questions you may have and to be sure your new systems and spaces are functioning properly for you.
